
Investment Specialists play a lead role in client service, business retention, product strategy, and portfolio oversight across our Multi-Asset Solutions platform. We are seeking a senior Investment Specialist for our U.S. Institutional business to support a number of strategies, service a book of existing clients, and ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction across client segments including public and corporate defined benefit plans, health care networks, Taft-Hartley plans, insurance companies, endowments, and foundations. Reporting to the Head of U.S. Institutional Investment Specialists, this role will be responsible for client and consultant management through day-to-day client support and leadership and will be involved in the development of initiatives to enhance the client experience for institutional clients. A key aspect of this position is the development of close collaborative relationships with Client Advisor teams, portfolio managers, and investment teams.
As an Investment Specialist – Executive Director on the Multi-Asset Investment Specialist team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding their investment strategy design and representing portfolio results, positioning, and our macro-outlook. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with colleagues across J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s investment and client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
