Asset Management Market Manager at “Top Workplace”

As an Asset Management Market Manager (AMMM) you would lead on-site asset management teams in the processes of managing and maintaining the inventory of moveable medical equipment in multiple patient care facilities. The Market Manager will be responsible in ensuring that the Asset Management program executes the distribution and cleaning of medical equipment within the medical facility, responds to customer concerns, and collaborates with company leadership to collect, analyze, and produce program quality data metrics to verify Asset Management functions and effectiveness according to company and customer expectations. The Asset Management Market Manager will be the primary point of contact for all patient care facilities inquiries pertaining to company Asset Management Operations.
A Day in the Life
Maintains and pro-actively manages customer relationships and provides leadership and direction to hospital team to ensure successful customer experience
Manages equipment inventory levels consistent with customer contract terms, needs and policies
Reviews and performs audits on equipment and procedures to verify policies are being adhered to
Ensures that all staff properly clean, perform safety checks, deliver and pick-up equipment
Initiates and promotes a positive work environment through communication and driving expectations
Is self-accountable and proactive when dealing with internal operational deficiencies
Partners with the Asset Management Leadership team on important and relevant customer meeting platforms
Ensures healthy economic practices are being followed to promote revenue growth and expansion of services
Effectively builds credibility and trust with customer administration, clinicians, and other staff
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills utilizing Microsoft and other pertinent software
Proactive and self-directed; exhibits strong problem solving and organizational skills; prioritizes to meet deadlines
Ensures all safety and quality assurance metrics are in compliance with all company, customer, and governmental regulatory agencies
Manages, oversees, and drives program KPI compliance and performance
Travels as needed to ensure program compliance of all managed programs and to assist programs outside of Market responsibility
Maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies through regular professional development trainings.
Travel nationally as needed

QualificationsEducation/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
5 years of previous experience in a healthcare or supply chain setting
