Leveraging digital and data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth, and promoting our brand, capabilities, and product solutions across social media channels, are essential aspects of this role.
As Executive Director within Japan Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Japan CEO and distribution teams, supported by the regional marketing team, to enhance brand recognition and foster business expansion in Japan. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring they are aligned to the marketing vision and objectives as well as overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing a broad range of marketing activities—from always-on brand visibility across multiple channels to elevating client experience, including in-person events—to increase client engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively, especially during periods of market volatility and change, is essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and fluency in both English and Japanese are critical for success. This role reports locally to the Japan CEO and functionally to the APAC Chief Marketing Officer.
