Job Description

Attention current Bachelor’s students who love tackling new challenges. Clean Harbors in Norwell, MA is looking for an Asset Management Coordination Intern The Asset Management Intern is Responsible for setting up each area of facilities for inspection purposes. Develops configurable inspection forms to be used on ipads and iphones for use out in the field. Sets-up individual assets / equipment within each facility, then establishes preventative maintenance rules that will be executed through our repair order system. Gathers blueprints of every site and load into facility asset management system. Tracks and logs the list of capabilities that every site has and records information

  • Setup blueprint areas into our FAM application.
  • Gather and setup all facility assets into our FAM system, setup new asset categories and types as needed.
  • Link assets to the correct areas where they are physically located at the site.
  • Create Preventative Maintenance inspection rules for each in win web. i.e. generator oil change every 120 days
  • Develop and create configurable inspection forms for use out in the field.
  • Develop training documents for the various user groups that will utilize our facility management system
  • Other Duties as Assigned
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Current Student working towards Bachelors Degree
  • Drivers License Required
  • Strategic planning, coupled with tactical execution
  • Strong leadership and personnel development skills
  • Ability to work across business lines
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to use computer and applicable company software.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access
