As an Analyst within our Client Service & Business Platform – Client Platform Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop leading-edge analytics to solve complex business problems.
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities by analyzing complex datasets across vendor platforms and proprietary systems.
  • Create best-practice MIS and reports through data mining, analysis, and data visualization.
  • Monitor Client Platform activities, investigate exceptions, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Enforce protocols for escalating complex or unresolved queries to management.
  • Support the COO business agenda by providing strategy, MIS, and analytical support across UK & USA coverage.
  • Partner cross-functionally with advisors, product specialists, legal, compliance, oversight/control, CRM, audit, operations, technology, middle office, and marketing.
  • Perform control activities including share class monitoring, fiduciary reviews, regulatory reporting, and fee reviews (non-standard/MFN).
  • Prepare account lists, obtain approvals, and support client communications.
  • Maintain records, logs, databases, and up-to-date policies/procedures with clear audit trails and maker/checker controls.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through on objectives.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines; flexible and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented with commitment, dedication, and strong performance on time-sensitive initiatives.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience preparing client-facing regulatory reports (including MiFID reporting).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and related client/platform documentation and data.
  • Exposure to Risk and Controls Self Assessments (RCSA) and testing activities.
