Job Description

Responsibility:

• In accordance with regional sales tasks and targets assigned by the branch, assist the Regional Director in developing sales plans and implementation roadmaps for the territory, drive execution, and ensure delivery of sales targets.
• Align with the company’s overall channel strategy and channel management objectives of the Regional Sales Center. Responsible for the development, establishment and maintenance of regional channels including secondary branches, key sub-branches and core outlets; assist in drafting channel cooperation proposals and provide ongoing business support to channels.
• Build and maintain the regional channel marketing platform, communicate the company’s brand philosophy and value, and facilitate brand penetration and promotion within the territory.
• Under the guidance of the regional lead, design and execute marketing campaigns for key regional channels; deliver training and communications for channels and clients, provide professional services, and strengthen stickiness of channels and clients.
• Collect, update, organize and analyze information on regional markets, channels and clients, to ensure timeliness, integrity and validity of channel data.
• 根据分区下达的区域销售任务与目标，协助区域总监制定辖区销售方案及落地执行计划并推进实施，保障销售目标达成。
• 依据公司整体渠道策略及区域销售中心渠道管理目标，负责辖区渠道（二级分行、重点支行、核心网点）的拓展、建设与维护；协助拟定渠道合作方案，为渠道提供持续业务支持。
• 搭建并维护辖区渠道营销平台，传递公司品牌理念与价值，实现品牌在区域内落地与推广。
• 在区域负责人指导下，策划并落地辖区重点渠道各类市场推广活动；开展渠道与客户培训、沟通工作，输出专业服务，提升渠道及客户粘性。
• 收集、更新、整理并分析辖区市场、渠道、客户信息，保障渠道数据及时、完整、有效。
• Requirement：
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in fund, securities, bank investment advisory or client manager roles is preferred.
• Solid expertise in finance, sound understanding of the current landscape of China’s public fund industry, and recognition of the company’s corporate culture and values.
• Capable of public roadshow presentations, with excellent communication and cross-party coordination skills, and ability to work under high pressure.
• Strong team player with risk & compliance awareness, self-motivation and focus.
• Prior channel working experience in Guangdong region is preferred.
• Hold AMAC Fund Practitioner Qualification Certificate.
• 3年及以上基金、证券、银行投顾/客户经理相关金融从业经验优先；
• 扎实的金融专业功底，熟悉国内公募基金行业发展现状，认同公司企业文化与价值观；
• 具备公开路演宣讲能力，优秀的表达能力、内外部跨方协调能力，可承受较强工作压力；
• 富有团队协作意识，具备风险合规意识，自驱力强、做事专注；
• 拥有广东地区渠道工作经验优先；
• 持有AMAC基金从业资格证书。
