As a channel marketing professional in the Taiwan Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping channel marketing programs across priority distribution channels. In this role, you will develop channel marketing plans, translate business priorities into executable campaigns and event programs, and partner closely with distribution, content, and regional teams to deliver measurable results. You will help strengthen client engagement, improve marketing effectiveness through insights and KPIs, and ensure all activities meet governance and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans aligned with business priorities, product themes, and market trends
  • Partner with distribution teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable channel programs and campaigns
  • Collaborate with content and functional teams to localize and deploy initiatives across relevant channels (e.g., on/offline, distributor platforms, social and events)
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to generate insights, benchmarks, and recommendations for channel plan optimization
  • Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns and strategic-theme initiatives, including timelines, workflows, approvals, and post-campaign reviews
  • Define, track, and report channel marketing KPIs; analyze results and recommend improvements to increase impact (e.g., engagement, leads, net sales contribution)
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing materials and programs meet all regulatory and internal requirements
  • Optimize processes, tools, and vendor/agency coordination to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of execution
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the financial industry
  • Proven track record delivering successful marketing programs measured by net sales and/or agreed KPIs
  • Strong business acumen with structured problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions without formal authority
  • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
  • Strong governance and compliance orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality output in a demanding environment
  • Taiwan SITE/SICE license

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in asset management / wealth / financial services distribution marketing; ETF marketing experience a plus
  • MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social and data/analytics tools (e.g., campaign reporting, CRM, dashboards)
  • Strong project management skills (campaign planning, timelines, approvals, vendor coordination)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Taiwan financial markets
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
