Job Description

Make change happen where it matters most—at the intersection of business priorities, products, and vendor delivery. You’ll lead key vendor change initiatives across Asia Pacific (APAC), helping teams turn complex requests into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. We’ll count on you to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a high-visibility portfolio of work. You’ll build relationships across functions and influence outcomes through strong communication and practical problem solving. If you enjoy connecting strategy to execution, you’ll thrive here.

As an Associate within APAC Change Management team, you drive the regional portfolio of vendor change requests from intake through delivery. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business value, align to product roadmaps, and support prioritization and budgeting decisions. You create consistency in how change is assessed, governed, and executed across the region. You communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track. You work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure outcomes are delivered with strong controls and operational resilience.

  • Undertake effective issue management practice to ensure timely resolution of key roadblocks, escalating where appropriate
  • Support the re-engineering and enhancement of existing operational and service models to improve scalability, enhance operational controls, and mitigate business risk
  • Liaise with external parties for successful delivery of the initiative
  • Ensure effective and timely communication of initiative status with stakeholders and senior management to keep them abreast of key developments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
