Your work will support key business decisions, strengthen assetperformanceand help deliver long-term growth for one of URW's flagship assets in the Netherlands.

Whatyou'llbe getting involved in

No two days will lookexactly the same, butyou'llspend your time:

• Supporting the development ofStadshartAmstelveen's long-term vision,strategyand business plans

• Building andoptimisingfinancial models, including feasibility studies, cash flows,sensitivitiesand investment analyses

• Supporting quarterly valuations and financial performance reviews

• Preparing presentations and materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders

• Working closely with Leasing, Development and Asset Management teams on commercial opportunities and projects

• Coordinating reporting, businessupdatesand project tracking

• Participating in commercial discussions,negotiationsand investment decisions

• Using data, financialinsightand market knowledge to inform recommendations and support decision-making

• Exposure to retail, mixed-use developments,propertyor investment environments
