The role :

At Fora, we’re redefining the workplace—creating design-led spaces where people and businesses thrive. As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our dynamic real estate portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their asset management career to gain broad exposure across commercial real estate, finance and operations.

Working within our Asset Management team, you’ll support the performance and optimisation of a large, operational portfolio, helping ensure our buildings deliver both commercially and operationally.

You’ll play a key role behind the scenes—keeping everything running smoothly, from lease tracking and service charge analysis to stakeholder coordination and reporting.

What you’ll be doing

🏢 Asset & property management support

  • Support Asset Managers with the day-to-day management of the portfolio
  • Track key lease events, obligations and compliance requirements
  • Assist with rent reviews, lease variations and landlord & tenant matters
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of new buildings

💷 Service charge & financial support

  • Assist in reviewing service charge budgets, invoices and reconciliations
  • Support preparation of budgets, recharges and cost tracking
  • Work closely with Finance on monitoring spend and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate financial and property records

📊 Data, systems & reporting

  • Maintain lease, service charge and insurance databases
  • Ensure all asset documentation is accurate, organised and up to date
  • Prepare reports, trackers and performance summaries
  • Support insurance renewals and claims processes

🤝 Stakeholder coordination

  • Liaise with landlords, managing agents, consultants and internal teams
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management and Operations team s
  • Support licences, approvals, and wider stakeholder communication.

Requirements

You’re a highly organised, proactive individua l with a strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to develop your career in asset management.

Experience & knowledge:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in property management, asset management or similar
  • Familiarity with commercial leases and service charge processes
  • Experience working with managing agents, landlords or consultants (desirable)

Skills & attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated (real estate, finance, surveying or similar preferred)
  • Interest in or working towards professional qualifications (e.g. RIC S) is a plus
