We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Management Administrator working remotely across the UK.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community within the Amey Accommodation contract, supporting Military Family Housing across the Central and North regions of the UK and Northern Ireland. The contract maintains more than 20,000 military family homes and associated assets, including play parks, flats, communal areas, roads and infrastructure.

As part of the Asset Management team, you will help maintain accurate asset information and planned preventative maintenance records. Your attention to detail and Excel expertise will support effective decision-making and help ensure vital accommodation and infrastructure are managed safely and efficiently.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the asset register.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively to review, validate and manage asset data.
• Complete data accuracy checks and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Enter and update information accurately within the computer-aided facilities management system.
• Manage and issue planned preventative maintenance regimes and tasks in line with business requirements.
• Monitor the shared Asset Management inbox, respond to queries and review data received from operational teams and supply-chain partners.

What you will bring

Essential

• Strong practical experience using Microsoft Excel to manage, review and validate data.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and large volumes of detailed information.
• Strong administration experience gained within a busy working environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Good computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage your workload and resolve issues by following established processes.

Desirable

• Previous experience working with asset registers, property information or maintenance data.
• Experience using a computer-aided facilities management system.
• An understanding of planned preventative maintenance regimes.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
