We’re looking for an Asset Maintenance Manager, based at York Distribution Centre.

We have recently received significant investment from the business and have new cranes, new automated de-stackers and have a whole renovation programme, which is well under way for 2026. We really do have high ambitions for our people and our department.
We are looking for an individual who would like to join our team and develop their skills and help us as we advance our maintenance strategy for the department, as well as contributing ideas and energy as we target a zero failure mindset here in YDC.
Logistics at Nestlé is all about ensuring the consumer receives a perfect quality product, at the right time and place through asset reliability and using data to drive performance. The Asset Maintenance Manger position plays a key part of our maintenance team.
Your impact
Reporting into the Logistics Engineering Manager, this role will manage and support the activities of the maintenance team to meet both Warehouse and Engineering demands and ensure that priority work is completed promptly whilst conforming to all Nestlé Health and Safety requirements and current legislation.
You will take responsibility in developing a culture of pro-activity where people take pride and responsibility in what they do.
