
The Asset & Maintenance Management System (AMMS) Manager is responsible for leading the Asset Management and Maintenance Systems function for Dubai Metro, ensuring the effective governance, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset management frameworks, maintenance strategies, maintenance systems, asset information, and engineering performance processes. The role ensures that asset management practices support safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, lifecycle optimisation, and contractual compliance across all operational and maintenance asset classes under the Keolis-MHI engineering framework.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Asset Management, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
Master's Degree in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience
Experience in asset management, engineering, maintenance, reliability, or railway operations, including experience in a leadership role.
Experience within railway, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or regulated asset-intensive industries.
Skills / Training
Skills / Training Experience with CMMS systems (preferably Maximo), maintenance optimisation, asset lifecycle planning, KPI management, reliability analysis, and data analytics.
Fluent in English.
ISO 55000 certification, CMRP, IAM certification, RCM, FMECA, reliability engineering, or asset management qualifications.
