About the role

The Asset Maintenance Controller (AMC) is responsible for equipment maintenance management for Lifeblood business units within Business Hub, with the objective of actively facilitating national standardisation of equipment platforms and equipment management activities.

The AMC will be responsible for reporting and rectifying issues, together with identifying opportunities for improvement. They will also seek the input of key stakeholders within their business unit or functional area for making recommendations and providing support for decisions around equipment rationalisation, standardisation, tendering, or contract issues as required.

  • Demonstrated experience managing asset data and equipment maintenance across multiple departments and locations.
  • Experience with the Oracle Business Hub asset and maintenance management system.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to ensure that equipment is compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in designing, interpreting, and presenting reports which highlight divisional work order and equipment performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to all levels of organisation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers to provide information for the coordination of servicing, repairs and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ability to self-direct and work independently.
  • Experience with the timely registration and disposal of assets, including the management of work order and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel).
