As an Asset Maintenance & Management Intern, you will support the operational efficiency of our asset lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage procurement, asset tracking, and maintenance documentation across multiple countries.

Responsibilities and duties

• Help manage maintenance and service orders across several countries using SAP.
• Create and process quotes for services and materials using the Ariba system.
• Track the progress of purchase orders, including approvals and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on delayed orders and ensure items are received properly.
• Update Excel files with country-specific tracking information.
• Record equipment usage data (meter readings) and update asset status (e.g., out of service, decommissioned).
• Prepare reports on equipment issues and allocate costs correctly.
• Support equipment movement and assignment to jobs, working closely with team leads and coordinators.
• Work with system like WS-Maximo, SAP and Ariba to manage and update asset information.

Essential Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

• Results-oriented mindset with a practical and solution-focused approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 RON and 5,000 RON gross.
