In this role, you will shape how critical manufacturing and facility assets perform across their entire lifecycle—helping ensure reliable operations that ultimately support the delivery of life‑changing medicines. As an Asset Lifecycle Specialist, you will partner across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to define smart lifecycle strategies while ensuring compliance with both process and calibration requirements. You will also play a key role in helping the site transition to the Lean Digital Core by strengthening asset data, enabling maintenance integration, and supporting digital‑ready systems. Through this work, you will directly influence safety, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and long‑term value.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $98,700 and $183,300 per year. The final salary offered will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and geographic location, and will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis. Novartis may adjust the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance‑based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
