The Asset & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for working and collaborating with Local Ops Support team to execute strategies to improve Inventory optimization, visibility and utilization. Monitor, communicate, and report performance and use the results to drive change. Coordinate with Operations monthly & quarterly on Inventory transactions and ensure assets are properly maintained and recorded in systems.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to safety procedures and policies by the safety management system, actively participating in safety initiatives, reporting hazards, and promoting a positive safety culture. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Weatherford's
Inventory Control Policy and ERP systems, configuring warehouses, managing storage locations, and utilizing relevant modules effectively.
Manage PL specific projects
Audit tool counts, tool status / condition
Coordinate GZ based RN and Serial Database cleanup / maintenance efforts
Support job planning – identify gaps, substitutions & redeployment opportunities
Drive timely redeployments
KPI analysis and corrective actions
Coordinate with R&M Supervisor to ensure timely maintenance
Ensure timely and accurate IF reclass
Review of 3rd party rentals and reposition WFT assets to minimize recurrence
Review WPR > 6 months
Asset Management:
Monitor acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of downhole tools assets.
Conduct regular audits to ensure assets are in good working condition.
Coordinate with various departments to track and manage asset movements.
Utilize asset tracking systems to maintain accurate records and asset documentation.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory control process for tools and related equipment.
Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand.
Implement inventory optimization techniques to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. (Weekly Cycle Counts)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Inventory & asset management related to the oilfield service industry
Supply Chain certification would an advantage.
