About The Role
We are looking for an Asset & Inventory Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of the Company's inventory, fixed assets, COGS, and general ledger.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation closing, including for Inventory, COGS, Fixed Assets and general ledger entries.
  2. Involve in the finance project (eg. ERP, automation, etc).
  3. Monitoring of the inventory and asset movement and cost of the inventories.
  4. Work closely with other departments (Finance, Legal, Ops, etc.) to provide insights related the inventories and assets in business operations.
  5. Assist with ad hoc tasks from the FAT Manager and Corporate Finance Team.
  6. Liaise with external auditors and assisting external audit teams to ensure efficient and timely audits, including replying auditors' questions. 
Requirements
  1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) from reputable university.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inventory and asset accountant. 
  3. Experience in ERP implementation. 
  4. Past experiences in a start-up or similar environment are preferable.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 
  7. Good communication in English both verbal and written.
