Job Description

Support the Operation team with administrative, documentation, financial coordination, safety, and compliance-related activities.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including Purchase Orders (PO), Payment Vouchers (PV), ISO data entry, HSE document filing, and office supply coordination.
• Support the Operation team in various day-to-day activities and administrative follow-up.

Safety, ISO & Regulatory Support

• Support the Safety & ISO Manager with ESMS reports, incident reports, and reporting to relevant authorities and the labor department.
• Coordinate with Operation teams on safety and documentation requirements.
• Support the renewal of PV project licenses.

Document Control & Project Records

• Organize, centralize, and maintain hard-copy project documentation in the appropriate project binders and cabinets.
• Support the Document Control Officer with ISO documentation follow-up and ensure that Operation records are properly filed and traceable.

Financial & Banking Documentation Support

• Assist with operational financial follow-up, including construction cash-flow and operational expenditure tracking.
• Support the Finance team in preparing drawdown documentation and data rooms.
• Collect licenses, invoices, performance bonds, machine registrations, and other documents required by banks.
