JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

Asset Coordinators play a crucial role in managing and organization of the client's digital assets. This role encompasses the end-to-end life cycle of Asset Management from start of a contract to the end and in between which involves Account builds, steady state MACD management, device connectivity, reporting etc. Overall, an Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing customer’s assets and account information in Xerox databases from the start of the contract.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

XSM Device Management

  • Ensures that incidents raised are addressed and resolved within the predetermined amount of time for each account.
  • Ensures that assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously when required (Run Device discoveries)
  • Ensures that assets are managed and sending alerts for Supplies and Break Fix
  • Loads Map provided in the System as needed and ensure that the asset is placed in the right location in the Map (Asset Mapping)
  • Ensures all assigned assets are accurately connected, mapped, and validated within the system, promptly addressing incidents and maintaining data integrity through regular asset validation and management activities.

XSM Account Management

  • Process MACDS (Move, Add, Change, Disposals and Storage)
  • Site (Location of the asset), Contacts and Chargeback Code are created per request
  • Conducts Data Integrity Check to ensure that all assets follow the account requirement (Account Maintenance)

XSM Meter Management

  • As part of the account maintenance for operational and billing purposes, validate meters and ensures that it is loaded correctly and there are no Invalid Raw Meters or meters outside the daily threshold agreed upon in the statement of work (SOW).
  • Load meter readings are provided manually in the system to ensure that assets that are in contract have meters.
  • Load meter readings as a reportable meter for operational and billing purposes*
  • XSM Reporting
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to the account and billing teams for historical analysis, status, and billing purposes.
  • Generate Meter Volume Report and MACD Report
  • Provide export of newly discovered devices.
  • Generate and deliver general reports to support operational and billing requirements.

Others

  • Conducts targeted QA monitoring and account inspections to ensure data integrity, operational compliance, and timely issue escalation entrusted to individuals with proven operational maturity and performance
