Asset Coordinator
Chatswood | Fixed-term contract 4-6 months with potential for extension | Multi-site role
Uniting is looking for an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our Property team, based in Chatswood and supporting several Uniting sites across Sydney’s North Shore and surrounding areas, including Beecroft, Turramurra and Normanhurst.
This is a hands-on coordination role focused on keeping our buildings, facilities and assets safe, compliant and performing as they should. You’ll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, oversee contractors and maintenance teams, support property projects and help ensure our assets continue to meet the needs of the people who use our services.
You’ll have a good mix of operational responsibility and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on asset compliance, risk management, budgets and lifecycle planning.

What you’ll bring
You’ll be an experienced maintenance, facilities or property professional who is comfortable coordinating multiple sites, managing contractors and making decisions that balance safety, compliance, cost and service delivery.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience working across aged care, healthcare, housing, hospitality or other complex property environments will be highly regarded. A degree in Property, Engineering, Built Environment or a related discipline would also be advantageous.
