About the Role

Due to increasing interest in our products and services, we are strengthening our Supply Chain Team and are looking for an Asset Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality service to both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, coordinating, and controlling drilling equipment used in Wired Drill Pipe–related operations, working closely with projects, logistics, subcontractors, and customers. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient asset utilization, accurate documentation, and smooth mobilization and demobilization of tools across ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and control drilling equipment for Wired Drill Pipe operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and support asset demand for ongoing and future projects
  • Coordinate mobilizations and demobilizations of assets for all operations
  • Provide required asset and equipment documentation to project teams
  • Follow up third-party–owned tools through repair and maintenance cycles
  • Support logistics functions and ensure documentation requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking in ERP systems (Track a Tool & ePMS), including transactions, updates, asset counting, sales, and disposal
  • Follow up inspections, repair, and maintenance by creating and managing work orders and purchase orders
  • Ensure inspection reports are correct and up to date, and review and coordinate supplier invoices
  • Participate in improvement initiatives related to ERP systems and asset management to ensure optimal system utilization

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience (experience may compensate for formal education)
  • Valid permits to live and work in Norway
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office 365)
  • Logistics experience is preferred
  • Experience with Track a Tool and JDE is an advantage
  • Experience with wells and drilling operations is an advantage
  • Driver’s license class B (forklift license is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Self-driven, structured, reliable, and flexible
  • Motivated, analytical, and proactive
  • Strong team player with good collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Norwegian is an advantage
