  • Drive endpoint posture in partnership with Security, including encryption, AV/EDR onboarding, certificate baselines, device health, critical vulnerability response, and exception management.
  • Own the VDI platform lifecycle, including image and patch cadence, access controls, capacity planning, cost optimization, usage reporting, and vendor performance management.
  • Own joiner, mover, and leaver logistics to ensure Day 1 readiness, timely offboarding, equipment recovery, secure data handling, and accurate asset/CI status updates in ServiceNow.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Strong ServiceNow experience with CMDB, ITOM Discovery, ITAM practices, data quality, governance, reporting, and operational adoption.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SCCM/MECM and Intune for imaging, software deployment, patch/update management, compliance reporting, and endpoint standards.
  • Experience owning or leading VDI services, including image/patch lifecycle, capacity and cost management, service performance, and vendor oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to deliver measurable operational outcomes.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset with strong operational discipline and follow-through.
  • Data-driven leader who uses metrics to improve CMDB health, endpoint compliance, lifecycle accuracy, and service outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional influencer and clear communicator across technical, nontechnical, vendor, and executive audiences.
  • Fluent in English

WE VALUE:

  • ITIL Foundation or higher; ServiceNow certifications or equivalent hands-on experience in Discovery, CMDB, ITAM, reconciliation, and governance.
  • Experience with CSDM, service mapping, CMDB integrations, endpoint compliance reporting, audit readiness, and automation-driven process improvement.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Benefits that go beyond Mexican labor law, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind.
  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional growth and skill development through training, mentoring, and challenging projects.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and a supportive team to help you excel.
