Our client, a respected mid-size firm in Toronto, is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join its Asset-Based/Real Estate Lending Group. The ideal candidate willhave experience in commercial lending, including asset-based, secured, mezzanine, subordinated, distressed, and real estate lending (acquisition and construction). This is a unique opportunity to develop expertise in real estate lending, work with sophisticated institutional clients, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-performing group.
