Asset & Compliance Data Co-ordinator

Location: Remote with a once weekly travel expectations to our Dundee office
Contract: Permanent / Full Time, Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00
Salary: £32,000, plus company benefits

We are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity within Mears for an Asset & Compliance Data Co-ordinator to join our IRT Team.

This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of asset and compliance data across our services. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

Working closely with the management team, you will support the delivery of programmes through evidence-led insights and continuous improvement. You will maintain accurate asset and compliance data, ensuring all records are validated, up to date, and accessible. The role involves analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, producing actionable insights to support operational performance and business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective workflows, support KPI reporting, and coordinate activities relating to service delivery and commissioned works. You will maintain strong communication with stakeholders, support operational procedures, and ensure all activities are delivered in line with organisational standards, while contributing to the wider service function as required.

  • Support the delivery of local programmes through evidence-led insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate asset and compliance data, ensuring robust validation, timely updates, and accessible records
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support operational and commercial performance
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective workflows and accurate processing of data
  • Support KPI analysis and reporting, including wider data requests as required
  • Coordinate and support the delivery and monitoring of commissioned services and programmes
  • Cleanse, process, and manage data within systems (including DREam), ensuring data quality and compliance with EPC SAP requirements
  • Contribute to the improvement of systems, processes, and operational procedures, ensuring strong data governance and control
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, support cross-functional working, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards

May have exposure to thermal imaging technology.

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical individual who is passionate about using data to drive service improvement and compliance excellence.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience working across multiple systems and managing data
  • Strong experience analysing and presenting complex data
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle complex queries
