Assessor Estimator - Insurance Building Repairs

At Circl Group, we’re a dynamic, fast-growing team guided by our mission to “Inspire Our Customers to Build More ” We’re seeking a skilled Assessor Estimator to join our Insurance Building Repairs division based in Mooloolaba, QLD this is a site and desktop based role and we’re open to discussing opportunities with talented candidates from anywhere in Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a role ideally located in our Mooloolaba office. However we’re flexible and open to discussing a mix of remote work options for the right candidate. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll assess and estimate insurance and FM repair projects, building client relationships and collaborating with our supportive team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop and virtual assessments to create accurate repair estimates.
• Conduct site assessments and QA's
• Build and manage client relationships in your area

• Review and refine scopes, reports, and specialist documentation.

• Apply knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and WHS requirements.

• Work closely with our office and field teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Use digital tools and software to streamline estimating processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in site and desktop assessing and estimating, ideally in insurance and FM repairs or construction.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency with digital estimating software (PRIME) and Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with insurance repair processes (residential/commercial claims) is a bonus.
