Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Assessor Coordinator - Degree $36.721 to $44.902

Travel Required: Yes

The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for the overall direction and case management of services for individuals across all age ranges, within a defined geographical area, who have experienced an acquired brain injury. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree reports directly to the manager of the service line responsible for Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) services in their geographical area.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Education

  • Undergrad degree in: social work, nursing, physical /cccupational therapy

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Registered/eligible registration with appropriate licensing body if applicable
