Job Responsibilities: Provide Assessment related tracking, enrollment and scheduling support.

- - - Primary Duties
- -

- Primary contact for scheduling of various assessment visits. Receive, distribute and schedule various assessments including initial assessments, updated assessments, adverse assessments and LOC referrals.
- - Perform data entry into the PIMS system and OB system as needed.
- - Communicate with Medicaid Managed Care plans (MCP), Job and Family Services (JFS), Adult Protective Services (APS), PASSPORT Waiver and Assisted Living waiver providers and Direction Home Assessors and Care Managers regarding referral status. Communicate with Hospitals, Nursing Homes, potential enrollees and community members as needed to provide guidance and education on the enrollment status or process.
- Research inquiries regarding scheduling and enrollment related eligibility in the Ohio Benefits (OB) system.
- Screening overflow coverage PRN.

- Backup for Enrollment Specialists completing waiver enrollments and eligibility duties.
- Backup for Assessment staff to process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Preparation and mailing of assessment related letters and maintenance of consumer electronic files.
- Assist ADRC staff with correspondence and resources.

- Attend monthly Assessment Team meetings, monthly All Staff Meetings and monthly one on one meeting.
- Function as back-up for Integrated Care Support staff and Enrollment Specialists with tasks not listed above.
- Identify and implement LEAN process activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the local performance culture.
- Exemplify the Agency 3C’s corporate culture in all activities and interactions with staff, consumers, as well as the community at large.
- Maintain minimum proficiency in all requisite computer applications and software.
- Participate in and contribute towards accomplishment of Divisional and Agency dashboard goals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- High School diploma
- Previous scheduling experience
Preferred:
- Familiar with geography of 4 counties we manage Summit/Stark/Portage/Wayne
- Telemarketing, business and/or sales experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
