As an Assessment Coordinator you will use your attention to detail and expertise to assist candidates through their ADF careers application process. You will book and coordinate assessment logistics, support our assessment teams, collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional candidate care.

As the Assessment Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the assessment booking process that is essential to identify and select qualified candidates for service within the ADF. Your role requires a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple activities and tasks, work with different programs and systems and deliver on key business goals and objectives.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that assessments are booked in line with key priorities to ensure future capability for the ADF. By managing assessment logistics, providing guidance to assessment teams, and working closely with internal stakeholders, you contribute directly to the ADF's mission of recruiting individuals who embody the core values and readiness essential to military service.
