Terros Health’s Crisis team provides behavioral health, prevention, education and crisis stabilization services. They serve children, adolescents, adults, senior adults and families as well as schools, neighborhoods, organizations and businesses by providing phone, walk-in and in-home crisis counseling to clients to facilitate immediate stabilization of emotions and behavior.  The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.

Terros Health is now hiring an Assessment Clinician for Mobile Crisis.
Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm
(subject to change for department needs)
Bilingual - Language Differential are also Available!
Required - Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field
Preferred - Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing

Position Summary: The Assessment Clinician works closely with the Mobile Crisis Team, the Terros Health Service Team, and other collateral community contacts to engage justice and crisis referred clients. The engagement process includes conducting a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to determine the diagnosis and individual treatment needs of the client.
Duties May Include:
- The Assessment Clinician may complete assessments for a variety of referral sources, including external agencies, BTG Re-Entry and Terros Health Clinics.
-  The Assessment Clinician participates in the development of the Service Plan through the service team format, which strives to effectively meet the patient’s/family’s needs and aims to result in improved health outcomes.
- This position is responsible for providing evidence-based, therapeutic interventions which may include outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and counseling services for adults.

Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field.
- Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners with obtaining licensure within one year of hire.
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment.
- Must have the ability to perform first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate.
- Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Record.  NextGen a plus.
- Proficiency using the MS Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Must pass a TB Test.
- Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired.
- Operate a vehicle safely at various times of day/night depending upon hours worked.
