Our assembly operation in Wehl is growing. As we expand our product offering and continue raising the level of service we provide to customers, we are strengthening the team with new colleagues. You will join a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are central to how we work.

As an Assembly Technician, you will perform both subassembly and final assembly of our Assemble to Order (ATO) conveyor systems, with a specific focus on Drive/Idle. Using 3D drawings, hand tools, and assembly equipment, you will ensure that every system is built safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will have the opportunity to work independently, develop new skills, and deliver results that you and your colleagues can be proud of.

Location: Wehl, the Netherlands

Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8.00 - 16.30.

What you’ll do

• Assemble standard conveyor systems using 3D drawings, ensuring that each system meets the required specifications.
• Complete subassembly and final assembly work for Drive/Idle systems, directly contributing to reliable customer solutions.
• Use hand tools and assembly and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality work.
• Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process to prevent errors and ensure consistent product quality.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, helping the team work safely and efficiently.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

What you bring

• At least an MBO level 2 qualification or equivalent, preferably in a technical field.
• At least two years of assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to open and read 3D drawings.
• The physical ability to stand throughout the working day and lift up to 23 kg.
• A flexible, accurate, and hands-on approach.

Als Assembly Technician werk je aan zowel de subassemblage als de eindassemblage van onze Assemble to Order conveyor systemen, met een specifieke focus op Drive/Idle. Met behulp van 3D-tekeningen, handgereedschap en assemblageapparatuur zorg je ervoor dat elk systeem veilig, nauwkeurig en op tijd wordt gebouwd. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en samen resultaten neer te zetten waar jij en je collega’s trots op kunnen zijn.

Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur

Wat je gaat doen

• Standaard transportsystemen assembleren aan de hand van 3D-tekeningen, zodat elk systeem aan de vereiste specificaties voldoet.
• Subassemblages en eindassemblages uitvoeren voor Drive/Idle-systemen en zo direct bijdragen aan betrouwbare klantoplossingen.
• Handgereedschap en assemblage- en fabricageapparatuur veilig en effectief gebruiken om kwalitatief goed werk af te leveren.
• Veiligheidsnormen en werkprocedures volgen om een veilige werkplek voor jezelf en je collega’s te waarborgen.
• De kwaliteitsstandaarden gedurende het assemblageproces bewaken om fouten te voorkomen en een consistente productkwaliteit te garanderen.
• Je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden, zodat het team veilig en efficiënt kan werken.
• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken om productiedoelstellingen en deadlines te behalen.

Wat je meebrengt

• Minimaal een mbo 2-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
• Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in assemblage.
• Ervaring met handgereedschap.
• Basisvaardigheden met een computer: je kunt 3D-tekeningen openen en lezen.
• Je kunt gedurende de werkdag staan en tot 23 kg tillen.
• Je bent flexibel, werkt nauwkeurig en maakt af waaraan je begint.
