This position requires current authorization to work in the United States. We are not currently offering visa sponsorship for this role.
Essential Functions:
- Documents all materials and labor used to assemble products in GUI, on Assembly Setup sheets and/or LHR forms.
- Ability to use various types of equipment to construct custom-made medical devices according to approved customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all assembly activities comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Attend safety training sessions and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent which includes having the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Previous Work

Experience:
- Any previous quality control and/ or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- This position requires on-the-job training.
Physical Requirements:
- Light physical requirements, including climbing stepstool, repetitive motion, and working with hands overhead.
- Must be able to remain seated and stationary 50% of the time or more.
- Must be able to constantly use eyes and hands for assembling small parts and detecting defects.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must consistently demonstrate the ability to follow Roberd’s Way Values.
- Must be highly organized due to the multitude of process steps and materials used.
- Ability to work well with others by communicating effectively and apply it to processes.
- Possesses basic computer skills to navigate Excel and Payroll software.
- Demonstrates a mindset of continuous growth.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently to ensure compliance with our ISO 13485 procedures.
Demonstrated Competencies:
- Navigate GSS/ ERP efficiently, including but not limited to the ability to issue materials, and update work orders accurately.
