Key Responsibilities

Wafer Processing

• Cleave wafers into bars and prepare them for further processing (e.g. AR coating)

Assembly

• Assemble semiconductor dies onto carriers using soldering techniques
• Perform wire bonding of components

Quality Control

• Perform quality checks such as pull tests and shear tests
• Ensure components meet required quality standards

Collaboration

• Work closely with multiple departments across the organization
• Support both development and production-related activities

Qualifications

• Secondary education (high school diploma)

Language

• Swedish required
• English is preferred

Skills & Profile

• Careful, structured, and quality-focused
• Efficient and hands-on in your work
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a production and lab environment
• Involves handling sensitive semiconductor materials and components
