Primus Aerospace is a leading manufacturing partner to aerospace, defense & space OEMs / Primes & Tier I suppliers. Primus works directly with all major aerospace manufacturers (e.g., Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop) to provide components to mission critical civilian and defense programs.
Job Purpose: The Assembly Technician is responsible for set up, operation, assembling or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal per customer requirements. Duties and tasks are varied but standardized. The technician will work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. This is an entry level position that is ideal for someone wanting to start a career in manufacturing and aerospace.
2nd Shift: M-Th 3:30pm - 2:00am
Pay Rate: $18-$24 ($21.60 - $28.80 with 20% shift differential)
