Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.
The Assembly Operator is responsible for weighing, visually inspecting, and testing materials and products to meet established inspection standards. This role will also sort, crate, and package these materials and products in accordance with Flex-N-Gate policies and procedures.
This opportunity is for our afternoon shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday)
Job Duties
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
• Complete production cards fully and with accuracy
• Complete appropriate Pre-Use Inspection forms
• Check and weigh materials and products
• Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
• Assist other machine operators, assemblers, and other workers when required
• Adhere to all safety requirements within the plant including wearing appropriate PPE at all times
• Other duties as assigned
