
Assembly Manager
The Assembly Manager drives day-to-day execution of a high-volume food production operation, ensuring assembly lines run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role owns throughput, labor performance, and process consistency, balancing speed with precision to meet customer demand and operational targets.
Working at the intersection of production, R&D, and leadership, the Assembly Manager translates plans into action by coordinating teams, optimizing workflows, and resolving issues in real time. Success in this role comes from building strong, accountable teams, maintaining strict compliance standards, and continuously improving processes to elevate overall plant performance.

This role offers a salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
