The Assembly Operator is responsible for accurately assembling the required number of pieces per hour as determined by management. Proficiency in using all necessary measuring tools is essential. Additionally, the Operator must accurately and legibly complete documentation both electronically and in writing.
This role demands strong communication skills, teamwork, and integrity. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, demonstrate excellent work habits and a strong work ethic, and consistently follow instructions from leaders and management.
Under general direction with periodic supervision or review performs the following:
Must be able to lift up to thirty – five (35) pounds. Prior manufacturing experience is required, preferably in light fabrication and part assembly. Must be capable of setting up assembly stations and operating all manual assembly equipment or equivalent machinery. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
This position does not manage department employees.

This is a full-time position. Hours of work may vary depending on operational needs.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $19.56 to $24.36/hour
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
