An Assembler manually builds Intralox conveyor belts according to customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork focused environment. We are hiring assemblers for both First (5:00AM - 2:30PM) and Second Shift (2:30PM - Midnight), Monday - Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required. This is a full-time position in an air-conditioned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. It is essential that this position be performed at the facility. If selected, you will be required to successfully pass drug/background/physical.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assemble plastic modules into conveyor belts according to customer orders
• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Meet the minimum productivity requirement for the work lane
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required
• Follow the attendance policy of the Assembly department
• Exhibit teamwork and self-management practices.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Stable work history
• Good hand/eye coordination and detail oriented
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position as detailed in the functional job description, including the requirement to lift and carry 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• It is essential that this position be performed at the facility

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
