Assembly Associate

Tatamy, PA | 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards
• Preparing and packaging assembly orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Building skids and securing products for transport
• Receiving incoming parts and placing them in the correct inventory locations
• Working collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
