Assembly Worker – Wire Harness Assembly

🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
💲 $17.50/hour

We are currently seeking a dependable Assembly Worker for a growing manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working with small parts or assembly work.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete production tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and production standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with small parts assembly, wiring, or electronics assembly is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Background check required
• Drug screening required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and use hands for repetitive tasks
