• Assembler
• $19/hr.
• 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am)
• Monday-Friday

Assemble products to customer specifications safely, efficiently, and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all safety rules and promote a safe work environment
• Assemble, align, and fasten parts using hand and power tools
• Inspect, test, and adjust units to meet specifications
• Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions
• Connect wiring, hoses, and components as required
• Measure and verify parts using gauges and tools
• Report issues or defects to supervisor
• Communicate production, quality, and safety concerns
• Train others as needed (Level II & III)
• Support process improvements (Level III)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred + 1 year experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic math
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to inspect products for quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Mostly standing (95%) with some bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Lift up to 40 lbs (most items 5–30 lbs)
• Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work
• Ability to see close details

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Exposure to oil, grease, and noise (up to 88 dB)
