Job Descriptions
  • Assemble injection-molded plastic parts using manual tools or simple fixtures according to SOPs and drawings.
  • Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection of molded parts and assembled products.
  • Identify and report defects such as flash, short shots, deformation, or surface marks.
  • Trim excess material and clean parts as required.
  • Pack finished products according to packaging specifications.
  • Record production output and quality data accurately.
  • Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline requirements.
  • Support line leaders or supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
  • Assist in rework or sorting activities when necessary.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Employer.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting, capable of resolving technical issues independently.
  • Willingness to work in a factory environment, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Salary Range: RM4,000 - 6,000
