Job Description

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing process by ensuring timely and accurate assembly of products, supporting production goals, and maintaining safety and quality compliance.

  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in assembly work within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating proficiency in handling tools and components.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics accurately.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, and basic measurement instruments used in assembly tasks.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar assembler role, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing setting.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established processes.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is ($50,400.00 – $75,600.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
