Job Description

The Assembler III will interpret assembly procedures and drawings, mechanical drawings, and parts lists while adhering to Best Manufacturing Practices using product documentation.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to use basic and complex electronic measurement devices, typical manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.

  • Build and test basic and complex product to specification while meeting established quality guidelines.

  • Complete assigned jobs per established budget.

  • Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent part damage/scrap and production downtime.

  • Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.

  • Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.



Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary technical courses/degree AND/OR 1+ years of experience as an assembler in related industry

  • Experience with basic & complex electro-mechanical assembly

  • Ability to work independently

  • Trained and skilled in soldering and wire bonding



Work Environment: This is a manufacturing floor-based position.
