ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform mechanical or electrical assembly tasks meeting quality and productivity standards
• Read and interpret prints and basic schematics
• Operate basic calibration and power tools
• Perform drilling and tapping operations
• Maintain pace with production demands
• Support training of new or junior assemblers
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or GED
COMPETENCIES
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
• Moderate mechanical aptitude
• Proficient use of hand and power tools
• Moderate print reading skills
• Basic production pacing skills

$19.00/hr
