Requisition ID: 27105 Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

Assembling – the process of assembling fiberglass parts.

1. Assembler must meet the following criteria:
   1. Completion of appropriate training certification
   2. Have a consistent and proven attendance record
   3. Must be able to assemble within quality and quantity standards
   4. Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times
   5. Practices daily a favorable working environment with all employees
   6. Properly maintain all tools and fixtures
   7. Must use materials/supplies fully with minimal scrap
   8. Any violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in the loss of operators status (job level)
2. Assembler must be able to meet the physical demands/abilities as outlined in worksteps procedure
3. Assembler must meet the following environmental demands/hazards:
   1. Exposure to noise levels of over 100 dB (ear protection required)
   2. Vibration
   3. Exposure to fiberglass dust on the skin
4. Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product
