Job Description

L'Assemblatore svolge attività di montaggio meccanico su unità HVAC e Chiller, occupandosi sia dei sottoassiemi sia delle strutture portanti delle unità.

Le attività comprendono il montaggio di componenti meccanici, tubazioni e parti dei circuiti frigoriferi/idraulici, utilizzando utensili e sistemi di sollevamento adeguati.

Tutte le attività devono essere svolte nel rispetto delle procedure produttive e delle normative in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.

Responsabilità principali

• Interpretare le informazioni tecniche contenute nel Piano di Fabbricazione e Controllo (PFC), nei disegni e nella lista dei componenti controllati.
• Assemblare basi, ventilatori, strutture portanti, riscaldatori, umidificatori e componenti dei circuiti frigoriferi.
• Utilizzare in sicurezza utensili pneumatici, elettrici, manuali e sistemi di sollevamento.
• Assemblare tubazioni e componenti dei circuiti frigoriferi e idraulici.
• Eseguire o supportare prove di pressione con azoto o elio.
• Verificare il corretto posizionamento e montaggio dei componenti secondo le specifiche tecniche.
• Segnalare eventuali difetti, non conformità o problematiche di assemblaggio.
• Mantenere l'area di lavoro ordinata e sicura.

Requisiti

• Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale, preferibilmente ad indirizzo meccanico o termomeccanico.
• In alternativa, esperienza pratica in attività di montaggio meccanico o industriale.
• Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici di base e schemi idraulici/frigoriferi.
• Buona manualità e capacità di utilizzo di utensili manuali, pneumatici ed elettrici.
• Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Capacità di seguire istruzioni produttive e procedure qualità.
• Preferibile esperienza in ambito HVAC, refrigerazione, produzione industriale o assemblaggio meccanico.

The Assembler performs mechanical assembly activities on HVAC and Chiller units, working on both sub-assemblies and supporting structures. Activities include installation of mechanical components, piping and refrigeration/hydraulic circuit components, using appropriate tools and lifting equipment.

All work must be carried out in accordance with production procedures and health, safety and environmental requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Interpret technical information contained in the Manufacturing and Inspection Plan (PFC), drawings and controlled component lists.
• Assemble bases, fans, supporting structures, heaters, humidifiers and refrigeration circuit components.
• Use pneumatic and electric tools, hand tools and lifting equipment safely.
• Assemble piping and components for refrigeration and hydraulic circuits.
• Perform or support pressure testing using nitrogen or helium.
• Check the correct positioning and assembly of components according to technical specifications.
• Report defects, non-conformities or assembly issues to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification, preferably mechanical or thermomechanical.
• Alternatively, relevant practical experience in mechanical or industrial assembly.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and hydraulic/refrigeration diagrams.
• Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand, pneumatic and electric tools.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and quality procedures.
• Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial manufacturing or mechanical assembly is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy is between 27.000€ to 32.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
