In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Perform assembly of nuclear valve products according to approved drawings, procedures, and work instructions.

· Ensure all assembly activities comply with quality requirements, customer specifications, and nuclear industry standards.

· Complete production documentation, inspection records, and traceability requirements accurately and timely.

· Support testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and rework activities as required.

· Utilize hand tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment safely and effectively.

· Identify and report quality, safety, or process concerns proactively.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

· Follow supervisor instructions and support business priorities through cross-training and flexible assignments.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Associate degree or above.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, assembly procedures, and work instructions.
• Positive working attitude, strong learning capability, and willingness to follow organizational arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• · Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• · Experience in valve assembly, machinery manufacturing, industrial equipment, or precision mechanical assembly.
• · Ability to read mechanical drawings, bill of materials, and assembly documentation.
• · Knowledge of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
• · Strong awareness of quality control, procedural compliance, and product traceability requirements.
• · Understanding of nuclear safety culture, regulated manufacturing environments, or ISO quality systems.
• · Good teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to support cross-functional activities.
• · Experience in nuclear, power generation, oil & gas, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
