Fiber Glass Systems L.P. is seeking a reliable Assembler.General.II to join the FG 3003-040-00075 MFG‑ Assembly - 1050 team. In this role you will operate essential equipment, keep the shop orderly, and execute assembly tasks according to schedule while adhering to NOV health, safety, quality, and corporate policies. - Operate equipment required to perform assembly tasks.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
- Comply with all NOV Company, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Work overtime and shift schedules as required, including standing or walking up to 12 hours per shift.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lb regularly and perform bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
- Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
- Adapt to cross‑training and support multiple areas of production.
- Travel up to 10 % as needed for production support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of three years verifiable work history in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and shift work as required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and perform repetitive movements for 8‑12 hours daily; lift 15 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
- Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; veterans are welcome.
