The Assemblerwill have an opportunity to enhance their manufacturing skills by working in multiple areas in the Assembly Department.The Assemblerwill handle, test, and inspect small electrical components.

Vishay Barryis located inAttleboro,MAthat is conveniently located near the main highways as well as some highly recommended restaurants.There are 70 employees across two shifts working at our 40,000 sqftfacilityofmanufacturingspace This would be an on-site position for first shift
What you will be doing:
Read and interpret the instructions on the traveler and customer specifications to process the order.
Handle and test small electrical components.
Using a microscope and tweezers, visually inspect parts perthe travelerfor the correct dimensional and visual criteria.
Tasks may vary requiring flexibility and versatility, such as cover assembly, electrical tests, visual inspection, packaging, and other miscellaneous functions.
Computer skills arerequiredto recordworkperformed.
Pay rate will be $18- $22 hourly
Whatyou willbring along:
High School diploma or GED equivalentrequired
Ability to perform work under a microscope and able toidentifydefects.
Computer experiencerequired
Strong hand eye coordinationrequired
1+ years of experience using microscopes and tweezers preferred.
Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
Detail oriented, self-motivated witha strong senseof personal ownership and a team attitude.
